    *Efficacy*: Relieves symptoms caused by deficiency of qi and blood, such as menstrual discomfort, dizziness, fatigue, cold hands and feet, frail body, lower back and knee soreness, and postpartum weakness.

    *Dosage and Administration*: Take with warm water or light salt water; alternatively, dissolve the pill in hot water and drink. It is recommended to take on an empty stomach.  
    Suggested dosage:  
    - *For youthfulness and vitality*: Take 1 bottle twice a week, half a bottle in the morning and the other half in the evening.  
    - *To relieve menstrual discomfort and improve constitution*: Take 1 bottle three times a week, half a bottle in the morning and the other half in the evening.  
    - *For postpartum recovery*: Start taking after lochia has cleared (about 10 days postpartum). Take 1 bottle daily, half in the morning and half in the evening, preferably with chicken broth. Continue taking for multiple doses.
