For oral use,3-6g (half - one sachet) twice daily.

Nutgrass Galingale Rhizome mainly contains volatile oil, the main components of the oil are flavonoids and ¦Á-perfume alcohol, ¦Â-perfume alcohol, with analgesic, inhibit uterine contractions and antibacterial effects. So it could treat chronic gastritis,stomach and duodenal ulcer, chronic hepatitis and other diseases due to cold blocked liver meridian and liver qi stagnation.
