This product comes in yellow-brown water pills; it has a fragrant aroma with a salty, astringent, and slightly bitter taste.

Clears heart heat, calms the mind, soothes the nerves, and opens the orifices. It is used for febrile diseases attacking the heart, delirium, chest pain in the precordial region, and heart trauma.
