PHARMACOLOGIC ACTION
Anti-myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury effect. Kang Er Xin Capsule can reduce the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in isolated rat myocardium, reduce the accumulation of calcium in the tissue, decrease the contents of protein and lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) in coronary effluent,,and increase the activity of calcium adenosine triphosphatase of cardiac sarcoplasmic reticulum .
