FAQ: Order, Package and Shipping
For your convenience, we've collected the questions our customers most often ask, and provided the answers here. If you don't see your question on this page, please contact us and we will get back to you quickly with an answer.

1. How do I place an order?
Just place the pieces you wish to buy in the electronic shopping cart by clicking "Add to Cart". If you want to see how many items you have in your cart, click "My Cart". When you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout" and follow the easy instructions to complete your order and select your payment option. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to answer your questions.


2. Do you have the chinese herbs I need?
If you have the products picture, contact us. Generally we could offer all kinds of standard TCM.

3. Can I take an item out of my shopping cart once it has been selected?
Once you put an item in your shopping cart, you can take it out again by clicking "My Cart", selecting " DELETE " in the last column for the item you wish to remove, and then clicking " DELETE " on the lower left.

4. Is ordering online safe?
Using your credit card in our online Chinese herbs store is just as safe as using it in your neighborhood restaurants and stores. We use the latest online security measures, including data encryption, server authentication, and message integrity. In addition, we are a registered, valid, legal, and trusted corporation.

5. Will my items be packed well?
We take great care with every order we process. We pack each item into a beautiful painting box at no extra charge. We include an official appraisal certificate with each order,from regular pharmacy or wholesaler. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us.

6. How will my order be packed?
We will place your order into one box at no extra charge. We'll use all precautions available to make sure your order has a safe, smooth ride.


7. How do I know that my item has shipped?
When we ship your order, we'll send you an email confirming the time it was sent, with a link to the carrier's tracking page, There, you can check your package's location in real time. If for some reason you do not receive the confirmation email or have additional questions, please contact us.

8. What if I have not yet received my order but it shows that it has shipped?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Postal China Post averages 12-45 days for delivery,U.S may need 60 days to finish delivery since 15th Mar 2020,due to shortage of transport flights.
If you have not yet received your package after 45 days or have other questions about your order, contact us.

9. When will my order arrive?
It depends on where you live and the shipping options you choose. Usually delivers within 12-60 days, since 15th Mar 2020,all countries blocked, it may take longer for some rural or remote areas. If you have specific questions about your order, contact us.

10.How can i cancel my order?
The China Post cannot tell where it is until it updated,so neither do us.
Since coronavirus breacking out,the transport flights decreased a lot,delivery time delay very much,U.S routes take more time,12-60 days is normal state.
We'll full refund three month no update(lost state) or returend by China Customs directly (Never Left China)
